New Customer Service Platform Now Online!

With state of the art ticket management system, each and all emails will have a tracking number and no email will be missed. We believe it will make your shopping experience a positive one.

By submitting a ticket here, a tracking number will be generated and attached to the subject line of the email. You'll receive a copy of that ticket by email, and any subsequent communication will be tracked through that ticket number.

Simply reply to your support emails from us with the ticket number in the subject field intact, we'll make sure our staffs attend to your needs as quickly as we can.
